In January of 2024, my journey into the world of affiliate marketing began. I had previously worked in various positions, ranging from bartending to management to being an independent contractor. Working as an independent contractor allowed me to set my own hours, work with whomever I wanted, and bring my dogs to work with me. I performed forest management tasks, such as cutting trees, removing invasives, and conducting controlled burns. It was a fulfilling job, but one day, a tick bite changed everything.

I had been bitten by ticks before, like everyday. But it only took one of them to give me Lyme disease, which affected my life and my work.
